The scope of the patient feedback app programme changed in 2014/5. Initially intending to evaluate a specific digital feedback tool, the scope was revised by the digital theme directors to analyse a range of approaches to eliciting feedback from patients.
The resulting report reviews the different vehicles (web sites, digital apps and social media) and uses (complaints, staff recognition, patient stories and testimonials) used by more than 100 NHS organisations to elicit patient feedback and will be shared regionally.
