The Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager will take the lead on all employee relations matters across the organisation and will be the responsible lead for multiple portfolio areas as part of the HR and OD Agenda.
The post holder will have a sound understanding of the business strategy through a range of comprehensive, innovative and high-quality HR interventions and operate on a pragmatic and solution-based principle whilst ensuring compatibility with WMAHSN wide strategies and corporate values.
